Have performed at least 10 previous professional services engagements performing a cybersecurity continuous monitoring independent assessment of a Department of Energy site of similar size and complexity to the Hanford environment (enterprise network of approximately 10,000 users, 30 major industrial control systems, with at least one classified system). • Have performed previous professional services engagements performing a cybersecurity continuous monitoring independent assessment of a Department of Energy site annually for at least the last 5 years. • Have experience conducting cybersecurity assessments in accordance with the NIST risk management framework, NIST SP 800-53 Rev 4 and Rev 5, NIST SP 800-82 Rev 2 and 3. • Ensure its personnel meet and/or maintain current and valid training requirements, certifications and are fully capable to complete the duties described through the entirety of the Subcontract period of performance.
