Oferta de trabajo: Senior Engineering Manager, Robotics

Lead robotics engineering team in the research, design, build and deployment of software-based robot manipulator kinematics, dynamics, trajectory planning and motion planning. Develop solutions to open ended robotic systems problems. Oversee development of robotics software, architectures, and frameworks from prototype to production. Design algorithms for intelligent, adaptive robot behaviors. Hire and manage team of Software Engineers. Position requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Robotics, Computer Engineering or a related field and three years of experience as a Robotics Engineer or related position. Position also requires: three years of experience with kinematics, dynamics, control, motion planning, trajectory planning and real-time control; three years of experience with control algorithms, motion planning algorithms and behavior planning systems; three years of experience with machine learning and physics-based models for high-fidelity simulation; three years of experience with real-time and high-performance numerical programming in C++, Python, MATLAB and ROS; three years of experience with the entire software development process from conception to delivery and support; three years of experience with unit, integration and regression testing and Agile development methodologies; three years of experience writing and deploying safety critical code; experience with 3D modeling and simulations; and experience mentoring junior software engineers.
