Job Summary and Qualifications

Directs daily operational flow and patient care. Performs superior / quality MRI scans on all ages under the direction of a Radiologist. Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment based on practice standards, magnet safety guidelines. Participates in Departmental Performance Improvement activities, ACR accreditation, schedules, staff meetings, current on all licensures and assigned courses (Healthstream). Other duties as assigned. Shall follow the ALWAYS values of HCA.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of AMA approved school

• Acute care facility experience preferred

• Registered with the ARRT (MR) and/or ARMRIT

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

• Must show proficiency in starting intravenous lines

• Must be able to take call and respond to acute care needs
