Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.

• Repair motors, engines, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machines.

• Reference and interpret diagrams, operations manuals, engineering specs, sketches, and manufacturer's instructions.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems .

• Perform PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics.

• Ensure smooth operation of production machines through regular maintenance and repair.

Essential Skills

• At least two years of maintenance experience in a production environment.

• Mechanical comprehension and functional understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drives, and motors.

• Electrical field device/component troubleshooting and replacement.

• PLC diagnostics and experience preferred.

• Process equipment control knowledge for troubleshooting and installations.

• Field service knowledge (photo eyes, smart eyes, micro switches, encoders, reed sensors, etc.).

• Electromechanical troubleshooting (controls, components, control wiring diagnosis, etc.).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00/yr.

$5,000 sign on bonus ($2,500 after 90 days, $2,500 after 6 months)
