Join Our Team as a Stainless Steel Hose Assembly Specialist!

Key Responsibilities:

• Kickstart Production: Prepare and reset the assembly line to start the production cycle.

• Precision Work: Follow detailed work instructions with meticulous attention to detail.

• Operate Equipment: Handle various pieces of equipment throughout the manufacturing process.

• Material Handling: Carefully manage different raw materials to ensure quality.

• Quality Assurance: Visually inspect parts to ensure they meet stringent requirements.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of approved and defective units.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Wire Handling: Work with large reels of wire, measuring and cutting materials.

• Active Role: Stand most of the day in a role that involves a repetitive process.

• Pressure Testing: Conduct pressure tests on hoses by attaching them to test fixtures and monitoring measurements.

Skills We're Looking For:

• Assembly Expertise: Experience in assembly, power tools, production, blueprint reading, tape measure usage, and mechanical assembly.

• Hand Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with a variety of hand tools (conduit cutters, wire strippers, saws, arbor press, drills, etc.).

• Mechanical Assembly: Prior experience in mechanical assembly is required.

• Tech-Savvy: Experience with iPads is helpful.

• Manufacturing Experience: In manufacturing and following repetitive processes.

• Bonus Skills: Soldering experience is a plus but not required.

Preferred Experience :

• Production or Job Shop Experience: Ideal candidates will have experience in production or job shop environments, with a preference for sheet metal fabrication.

• Previous Roles: Our current operators have backgrounds in hose fabrication at Aeroflex and wiring harness manufacturing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
