Join a prestigious family office managing a $1B+ portfolio, founded by a tech entrepreneur. Based in San Francisco, this collaborative team focuses on investing, portfolio management, startup incubation, and philanthropy. This role provides an opportunity to work directly with the principal, shaping financial strategy and operations in a dynamic environment.

Work closely with senior leadership, advise on financial strategy, and manage investments, cash flows, and risk. This is a high-impact role with exposure to both strategic planning and hands-on execution, offering significant professional growth. The office values entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Be the principal's personal wealth advisor

• Develop and execute investment and financial strategies aligned with estate planning

• Manage investments, liquidity, reporting, and tax preparation

• Oversee risk management and internal controls with the Family Office Controller

• Lead a small internal team and coordinate with external partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with high-net-worth individuals in a family office

• 10+ years in investing, accounting (TAX), financial planning, and risk management

• CFP, CFA, CPWA certification preferred

• Strong tech-savviness and proficiency with financial analysis tools

• Ability to manage complex projects with attention to detail

• Low ego, hands-on, and adaptable to strategic and tactical work
