As a Production Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail,mechanical skills to work with machines, and willingness to following instructions to learn effectively the production cycle and maintaining a productive environment.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay Range: $16-19

Shift: 2pm-10:30pm M-T

What's the Job?

• Operate equipment that rewinds press rolls into smaller finished rolls for customers.

• Read and understand Department Work Instructions.

• Measure the size of labels and width of label liner using a standard ruler and calipers.

• Inspect product for print and quality defects and remove unacceptable product.

• Enter time in the computer to log in and out of job/work order.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Basic math skills s & ability to read tape measure (recognizing the half-inch, quarter-inch, eighth-inch, and sixteenth-inch divisions)

• Manufacturing experience of at least 1 year preferred.

• Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Willingness to work overtime.
