We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual with a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to take initiative on projects, work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, and possess outstanding communication skills for client and customer interactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:\ Provide Civil and Structural engineering designs (following company standards and parameters) and generate construction drawings for a variety of industrial, commercial, municipal, and residential projects while managing and maintaining job schedules and deadlines.\ Prepare engineering calculations, specifications, construction cost estimates, and permit applications. Review vendor drawings and other prepared drawings and prepare basic drawings/sketches for drafting and incorporation into final plans.\ Ability to coordinate activities with clients, vendors, and other architectural/engineering team members.\ Must be familiar with steel, concrete, foundation, masonry, wood, and stormwater designs.
REQUIREMENTS:\ BS or MS in Civil/Structural Engineering\ Licensed P.E. in the States of Kansas and Missouri
