Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join us in building the future of how businesses connect and grow on Meta. The TPM team gets the right technology solutions to the right businesses faster by planning, prioritizing, and executing our business organization's most critical specialist-enabled technology solutions. We are looking for builders that share our passion for disrupting systems, tackling complex problems, and building solutions that can scale through multiple orders of magnitude. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role with our Business Engineering organization, driving a portfolio of advertiser-centric projects that span the entire organization. Technical Program Manager, Global Business Group Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional Business Engineering programs in a matrix organization covering a range of products across all lines of the business
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
Perform risk management and change management on projects
Identify opportunities to maximize productivity through reducing execution times, streamlining ways of working and scaling best practices
Support consistent, principled evaluation of development projects based on value and impact
Interface with Engineering teams and cross-functional partners for project requirements and scope
Motivate and focus a large collaboration to reach goals
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience of program management or equivalent experience
Experience communicating to software engineering and knowledge of architecture and design
Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams
Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience
Interpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration within cross-functional team
Analytical and problem-solving experience
Experience with large-scale systems
Public Compensation:
$129,000/year to $185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
