We are seeking a Program manager of Supply Chain Responsible Sourcing to take this commitment to the next level! As a Supply Chain Responsible Minerals & Materials Program Manager you are responsible for managing all elements of KLA's Responsible Minerals & Materials Program in collaboration with Global Operations (GOPs) and Global Corporate Procurement (GCP). This includes managing KLA's supplier Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) under the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) program designing supplier engagement strategies, processes, procedures, and tracking success. In this role you will provide leadership across multiple organizations, integrating Responsible Minerals and Materials standards and methodologies. Responsibilities The successful candidate is highly proficient in supply chain management standards of practice and enjoys finding creative solutions by seeking and valuing a diverse set of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. As a member of KLA's Supply Chain Sustainability team, you will work hands-on in a thriving environment with business leaders, procurement teams, compliance and ESG team members. Specific responsibilities: Reassess and expand the overall Supplier Responsible Minerals & Materials programs including the program strategic direction, collaborating with the KLA GOPs, GCP, Corporate Compliance, Product Compliance, Environmental Health & Safety and ESG teams for alignment of regulatory requirements Lead Responsible Minerals programs like Conflict Minerals, and Emerging Minerals and materials like Cobalt, Mica, Steel, Aluminum, Lithium, Nickel and others coordinating with procurement functions including sourcing, category management, supplier management and procurement operations and corporate compliance functions Navigate and adapt in complex, uncertain and changing situations Provide insights based on market trends to help improve the Supplier Responsible Minerals & Materials initiative Promote visibility of Responsible Minerals & Materials to key decision makers in the business E
