Now Hiring: 2nd & 3rd Shift Assembly Operators

Location: Newton, NC

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

We are seeking Assembly Operators to join our fast-paced production team . This role is critical in ensuring high-quality assembly, maintaining production flow, and working as part of a team to meet daily goals. If you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and inspect components according to precise specifications.

• Operate machinery and tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently .

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

• Work collaboratively to meet production goals and deadlines .

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions .

• Ability to work in a structured, high-volume production setting .
