Job Description: Due to growth, DARE Electronics is seeking electronic assemblers and/or test technicians. As a member of our Manufacturing team, you will be primarily responsible building electronic printed circuit boards, which includes forming and soldering components in accordance with strict work instructions. In addition, Manufacturing employees are also responsible for performing a wide variety of other tasks associated with manufacturing DARE's products. DARE Electronics team members play a vital role that directly impacts the quality of every product the Company designs and manufactures and must be committed to the Company's goal of 100% Quality and On-Time Delivery. Responsibilities: ? Closely follow and adhere to written work instructions ? Form, assemble, and solder components on printed circuit boards ? Perform various other manufacturing operations, such as coating, potting, painting, and marking ? Inspect and test assemblies based on ability ? Propose product and/or process quality improvements ? Maintain manufacturing records such as in-process travelers ? Interact with co-workers as needed to fulfill all responsibilities ? Adhere to safety and Company regulations Desired Qualifications / Characteristics: ? Great attention to detail ? Desire and ability to multi-task / do a variety of tasks ? Willingness to learn ? Motivated to excel ? Ability to work well independently and as member of a team ? Basic electronics knowledge and previous electronic assembly / soldering experience particularly in accordance with J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 a plus.
