Job Title: Bagger
Job Description
Bag products coming off the production line in a timely and efficient manner. Inspect products for quality and consistency before bagging. Ensure that all bags are properly sealed and labeled according to company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately. Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Essential Skills
Experience in production, packing, and inspecting material coming off the line.
Ability to stack and palletize products.
Experience in loading material into the sealer.
Comfortable being on feet all day and lifting 25-35 pounds repetitively.
Packaging skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Work Environment
This position is within a clean room/manufacturing environment. The current team is overworked and will be very grateful for new team members. The work environment is supportive, and everyone will want to see you succeed. The role requires steel-toed shoes, a T-shirt, long pants, and wearing a hair net or beard net if applicable. The schedule is for the 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday from 3:00pm-1:30am, with training on the 1st shift from 9:30am-6:00pm for 3-4 weeks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ridgeville, South Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
