Join our team! Adecco is hiring a Safety Engineer for an immediate opening with a local client in Phoenix, AZ.

Pay: $35/hr. - $37.50/hr.

As a Safety Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, compliant work environment. Here’s what you’ll do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and audit 6S compliance in work areas

  • Inspect documentation and report any deficiencies

  • Keep records organized, such as Pre-Task Plans, for assigned areas/tools

  • Collaborate with customers to resolve complex issues

  • Participate in incident investigations when needed

  • Conduct daily audits to ensure areas are hazard-free

  • Verify proper barricading, signage, and legibility

  • Ensure all required paperwork is completed

  • Validate LOTO devices and tags to match PTP documents

  • Ensure locks and tags are in the correct locations

  • Communicate any unresolved issues with the Ramp Safety Coordinator

  • Document and report findings at the end of each shift

Qualifications:

  • OSHA 30 certification or greater

  • Previous safety experience preferred

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally

Pay Details: $35.00 to $37.50 per hour
