Coordinates all activities including meetings, events, and workshops associated with the institute's research program. These include online and hybrid meetings involving CII staff, industry members, and academics. Coordination includes, but is not limited to, meeting invitations, agenda coordination, and travel arrangementsCoordinates the review process leading to the publication of high-quality research deliverables, including final reports, presentations, videos, and implementation toolsOrganizes and maintains communication resources related to the research program, including templates, communication plans, and tracking tools. Supports the maintenance of documentation, including business processes, research protocols, progress reports, and project deliverables. Maintains accurate and up-to-date recordsCoordinates the capture and management of data related to the research program, including entry and management of data in our CRM systemProcesses travel authorizations and vouchers to support committees and teamsProvides backup support for the coordination of meetings and events in other CII areas as neededPerform other related functions and travel as required
