JOB REQUIREMENTS: Spec, Inventory Control - SPECI006888 Inventory Control Specialist FLSA: Non-exempt Location: Wausau EP, 1303 Landon Street Schofield, WI 54476 The Inventory Control Specialist is focused on overseeing and managing production inventory and reports to the Plant Manager. This role is perfect for an individual who is self-motivated, well-organized, and excels in developing and implementing processes and procedures. Job Responsibilities Include: * Manage Inventory: Oversee inventory levels, prepare inventory reports, and monitor product movements. * Implement Systems: Develop and improve inventory systems, such as using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and/or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. * Resolve Discrepancies: Address and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly. * Collaborate: Work closely with logistics and purchasing to optimize inventory processes. * Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of inventory, including cycle counts and stock levels. * Improvement: Create storage space for new stock along with implementing strategic placement of stock. * Knowledge: Understand the supply and demand of the company.
