Manage, build, and maintain relationships with current and prospective grantees and key stakeholders in the broader youth civic engagement ecosystem. (15%) Design and implement high-impact site visits with current and prospective grantees, organizational partners, and donors, along with the Programs team and other staff as identified. (20%) Oversee strategy and implementation of grant dockets including docket drafting, the publication process, application, and award confirmation and disbursement. (10%) Perform data collection and management of grantee, philanthropic, and organizational partners’ information for ongoing landscape assessment and impact evaluations. (15%) Design program budgets and work plans to secure funding and capacity-building resources for movement partners, while supervising and coaching Program Team staff and managing capacity building consultants. (25%) Gather information from surveys and one-on-one meetings with movement partners for Youth Collaboratives, identify capacity-building and budgetary needs, design programs, and evaluate engagement. (10%) Analyze strategic grantmaking and youth civic engagement sector with focus in the South and Southwest and participate in strategic planning for the long-term. (5%) Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in public policy or related human services field, plus a total of four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation involving grantmaking and youth organizing. May telecommute. Willingness to travel for conferences, movement partners convenings, staff work planning retreats, and site visits as needed, required.
Minimum Salary: 125,000 Maximum Salary: 125,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
