We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative.The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building long-lasting relationships with clients in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and a deep understanding of the staffing industry. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients in the staffing industry. - Engage in lead generation activities, identify potential clients, and introduce the company's services. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Collaborate with the recruitment team to fill client job orders with qualified candidates. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive activity. Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred but not required - Excellent communication and networking skills. - Strong motivation and ability to work independently as well as in a team. - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
