What You\'ll Do: ?? Perform 1st piece and in-process inspections of manufactured products ?? Conduct product-specific tests, such as tensile and moisture analysis ?? Verify material certification and approve raw material ??? Use SPC software to enter and edit data, record inspection and test results ?? File QA records and samples (both obsolete and current) ?? Mentor operators on product quality ?? Support the LEAN work environment and continuous improvement efforts ??? Handle non-conforming material isolation and documentation What You Need: ?? High School diploma or equivalent ?? At least 1 year of QA experience (preferred) ?? Ability to read blueprints (preferred) ?? Knowledge of micrometers and calipers (preferred) ?? Basic computer skills (Windows, Excel) ?? Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs ?? Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours ?? Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with safety gear (steel-toed shoes required) ??
