Location: Newton, NC

Pay Range: $15-$16+ per hour BOE

Shift: 1st Shift

Our client, a leader in the furniture manufacturing industry , is seeking a Final Inspection Associate to join their Quality Control team . As a Final Inspection Associate , you will ensure that all finished furniture products meet quality and craftsmanship standards before they leave the facility. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, a keen eye for quality, and strong problem-solving skills to maintain the company’s reputation for excellence.

What’s the Job?

• Conduct detailed visual and manual inspections of finished furniture pieces.

• Identify imperfections, defects, or inconsistencies in materials, construction, or finish.

• Use measurement tools to ensure products meet exact specifications.

• Communicate quality concerns to production teams and assist in corrective actions.

• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or furniture manufacturing preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize minor defects.

• Basic computer skills for logging inspection results.

• Ability to work independently and follow quality guidelines.
