The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing the entire supply chain for high-risk, complex activities. This role will develop across supply chain business models to achieve major improvements within business processes, demand planning, capacity management, inventory management, or logistics costs. The individual will be required to make decisions involving a high degree of complexity and will work with the management team to develop supply chain disciplines and best practices, including processes and procedures. This role requires an exceptional level of strategic thinking, change initiation, and a long-term corporate perspective.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze the entire supply chain for high-risk, complex activities

• Develop across supply chain business models to achieve major improvements within business processes, demand planning, capacity management, inventory management, or logistics costs

• Make decisions involving a high degree of complexity

• Work with the management team to develop supply chain disciplines and best practices, including processes and procedures

• Manage purchase orders and purchasing processes

Essential Skills

• 2 years of purchasing experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel

• Experience with SAP and ERP systems

• Supply chain experience, including buying and materials management

• Strong communication skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of supply chain experience if no degree

• 2+ years of supply chain experience if holding a Bachelor's Degree

• Experience with product purchasing is highly preferred

• Ability to follow processes

Work Environment

The work environment includes a large-scale manufacturing plant with a hybrid schedule—2 days in the office and 3 days remote, with onsite days chosen by the employee. The team consists of 6 analysts and a supervisor. The dress code is business casual, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
