Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

We manufacture tanks and reservoirs for the construction industry. As an assembler, you will be responsible for cleaning the inside and outside of tanks using mineral spirits, removing debris from welding, pressure testing to ensure there are no air leaks, conducting liquid leak tests, and assembling tanks before painting.

Responsibilities

  • Clean the inside and outside of tanks using mineral spirits.

  • Remove debris from welding.

  • Perform pressure testing to ensure there are no air leaks.

  • Conduct liquid leak tests.

  • Assemble tanks before painting.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with grinding and polishing.

  • Assembly experience.

  • Ability to perform heavy lifting.

  • Proficiency with hand tools.

  • Experience with heavy assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntley, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
