Hourly Pay: $16.00

Location: Bloomington, IL

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (M-F)

We are looking for 5 meticulous and motivated individuals to join our team as Circuit Board Assemblers . This position plays a vital role in assembling high-quality circuit boards used in various electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and inspect electronic components and circuit boards according to detailed instructions and schematics.

• Perform soldering and wiring tasks with precision.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure completed boards meet company standards.

• Maintain organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Prior experience in circuit board assembly or electronics manufacturing is a plus but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with small components.

• Basic understanding of electronics and assembly processes (training provided if needed).

• Manual dexterity and the ability to focus on repetitive tasks.

• Team player with good communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $17.00/hr.
