What You'll Do:
?? Monitor and inspect incoming raw materials (checking specific gravity of potatoes). ?? Assess moisture content in chips and collaborate with fryer operators to ensure quality. ?? Verify salt and seasoning levels to maintain target specifications. ?? Conduct organoleptic evaluations (color, flavor, texture) and recommend improvements. ?? Test frying oils for Free Fatty Acids (FFAs) and suggest corrective actions. ?? Ensure packaging integrity, net weights, and proper coding of finished products. ?? Inspect production lines during start-ups and changeovers, validating cleanliness. ?? Collect and analyze samples throughout production for quality control.
What We're Looking For:
?? Experience in quality assurance, food safety, or manufacturing (preferred). ?? Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and quality control standards. ?? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. ?? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ?? Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
