Description

We are in the process of recruiting a Call Center Representative to join our team. Located in BLOOMFIELD, Connecticut, the successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, providing excellent customer services in a call center environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:30 PM- 11:30 PM - some weekends required

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating detail-oriented phone etiquette and excellent communication skills

• Handle challenging customer interactions and assist trapped elevator passengers

• Demonstrate strong familiarity with computers and basic application use

• Ensure accurate processing and documentation of customer interactions

• Adhere to standard processes and procedures, paying careful attention to detail

• Achieve and maintain key department performance metrics, such as call rate

• Demonstrate reliable attendance, including punctuality at the start of assigned shifts

• Work effectively in a team environment, understanding the requirements of shift work, including readiness to handle evening shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Successfully complete training and achieve acceptable performance levels

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on the observations.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Call Center Representative or similar role

• Proficiency in English language

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Ability to provide clear and concise documentation

• Experience in providing training to team members

• Solid understanding of procedures and quality standards

• Knowledge in using 'About Time' software or similar time management tools

• Familiarity with expense reporting and payroll functions

• Willingness to travel if needed

• Ability to comprehend and create financial notes

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience in handling purchase orders

• Proficiency in using monitoring tools for performance tracking

• Track record of maintaining good attendance

• Experience in dealing with suppliers and understanding buying processes

• Familiarity with KPI reporting and creating specifications

• Previous experience in a call center environment

• Ability to understand and adhere to agreements

• Basic knowledge of laptop hardware and troubleshooting

• Proficiency in 'Go' programming language or related languages

• Solid understanding of call center operations
