DIRECTOR OF FINANCEFusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Director of Finance to work for a well-established organization in the Capital Region, NY. This is an in-office position.The Director will be responsible for all aspects of fiscal policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems such as maintaining the GL, managing monthly closing and reporting, oversight of payroll, billing, AR/AP, and purchasing.QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelors Degree in a related field (Advanced degree preferred -MBA or CPA)•10+ years directly related experience•Knowledge of NYS agency financial reporting (OCFS/OPWOD/SED/OMH/DOH)•Foundation, grants and fundraising experience•Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel)SALARY RANGE •$90-120k (Based on experience)Fusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
