The Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for the setup, implementation and client support for the bank's Treasury Management and Merchant Services products and services. Treasury Management/Merchant Service and Support: Perform the set up and implementation for Treasury Management products including but not limited to ACH Origination, Virtual Check Deposit, Positive Pay, and Treasury Management online banking. Provide training to clients on Treasury Management online banking; refer more complex training needs to Treasury Management Specialist II. Conduct the daily Positive Pay process. Provide day to day client support related to Treasury Management and Merchant Services products and services. Support the Commercial Relationship Associate team in providing 1st level support to clients related to basic Treasury management needs and technical support Process daily transactions for Lease Security, Lockbox and Cash Vault services. Prepare audit confirmations and respond to credit inquiries. Utilize nCino to track and document client interactions Special projects as assigned by management Other duties as assigned Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Commercial banking or Treasury Management experience preferred. Provide a remarkable client experience. Greet clients with warmth, genuine interest and a smile. Lead by example.
