As our Major Gifts Officer, you\'ll play a pivotal role in: Identifying and qualifyingpotential major donors with the capacity and inclination to contribute \$10,000 or more to Gundersen Medical Foundation (GMF) and Children\'s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH). Cultivating lasting relationshipswith donors,fostering their understanding of our mission and impact. Crafting compelling solicitationsthat resonate with individual donor interests and philanthropic goals. Securing significant giftsthat fuel vital healthcare initiatives and programs. Stewarding donorswith gratitude,ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout their giving journey. To thrive in this role, you\'ll possess: Bachelors degree: in a Business related field specialized focus in Major Gifts preferred Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in fund development and major gift fundraising Prior work experience within non-profits preferred Certification: Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) desired Relationship building:Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with individuals on a deeper level and build trust. Stewardship:Passionate about exceeding donor expectations and fostering long-term relationships. This hybrid eligible position requires the ability to work onsite in La Crosse, WI for meetings and/ or events as needed as well as participate in onsite training before shifting to a remote/ hybrid basis.
