Description

Innovative healthcare company is looking to staff a Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager with excellent communication skills. This role will be responsible for developing financial growth strategies, maintaining the general ledger, assisting with month end close activities, preparing financial statements, and coordinating the annual budget process. We are looking for a Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager with solid financial analysis skillset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong understanding of GAAP standards, and the capacity to multitask while meeting crucial deadlines.

What you get to work on daily

· Oversee accounts payable and receivable

· Monitor and review financial statements

· Account Analysis

· Manage month-end/year-end audits

· Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

· Ad hoc reporting

Requirements

The ideal Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Other requirements for the Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager role include and are not limited to:

· CPA REQUIRED

· 5+ years accounting experience, with some healthcare exposure

· QuickBooks experience required

· MUST have strong communication skills
