Join Our Team as a Guest Relations Ambassador at PDS Tech Commercial – Where Every Guest Experience Counts!

Location: Atlanta, GA

Schedule: 1st Shift: (PT - 28hrs per week)

Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour

Position Overview:

Are you passionate about hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences? PDS Tech Commercial, a leading player in the consumer products industry, is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Relations Ambassador to join our team. As part of the Campus Care team at a large Consumer Products Company, you’ll have a direct impact on our guests, ensuring a clean, safe, and engaging environment. Your role will be key in delivering exceptional guest service and making every interaction meaningful.

Your Role:

As a Guest Relations Ambassador, you will be the face of the Company, upholding cleanliness and safety while engaging with guests and sharing the rich history and legacy of the Organization. Your mission? To ensure each guest leaves with a lasting, positive impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence : Greet, engage, and assist guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience.

• Maintenance & Cleanliness : Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including restrooms, exhibits, lobbies, and offices.

• Brand Ambassador : Share the fascinating history and future of The Company, delivering brand stories and key messages.

• Safety & Security : Ensure the safety of all guests, respond promptly to emergencies, and maintain emergency evacuation procedures.

• Teamwork & Flexibility : Work collaboratively with the Campus Care team to provide a flawless guest experience while supporting all operational needs.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least one year of experience in custodial, cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.

• Strong verbal and presentation skills. Multilingual skills are a plus.

• Proven ability to handle pressure and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays, with flexible shifts between 8 AM and midnight.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest relations or as a brand ambassador.

• Knowledge of the Company brand and its history.

• Experience working in a high-traffic or event-based environment.

Pay Details: $13.50 per hour
