Where you will work: Open to location: This position offers a hybrid work option (up to 50% remote) and is open to any Compeer office location in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The contributions you will make: This position proactively qualifies leads through inbound and outbound calls and emails, driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities while ensuring a consistent client experience. Maintains accurate client records, collaborates with internal teams, reports on performance metrics and stays informed on product knowledge and industry trends. A typical day: Contacts and qualifies marketing-generated leads through targeted, high-quality communications, ensuring a smooth transition of opportunities to sales team members. Conducts high-volume outbound calls as part of focused campaigns for key business units. Prioritizes cross-sell and upsell opportunities during peak seasons to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.
