Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Location: 10401 W 120th Ave, Broomfield, CO 80021

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Pay: $23-$25/hr based on experience

Job Description: Join our growing and motivated team as a Mechanical Assembler! In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling industrial equipment, inspecting parts and finished products, conducting operational tests, and troubleshooting production equipment. You'll also drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes and participate in equipment evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble industrial equipment

• Inspect quality of parts and finished products

• Conduct operational testing of finished products

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment

• Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes

• Participate in equipment evaluations

• Handle shipping/receiving duties

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly

• Mechanical inclination

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• General labor experience

Additional Qualifications:

• 2 years of manufacturing and assembly experience

• Ability to follow technical instructions and work in a team environment

• Self-directed and proactive in problem-solving

• Willingness to train and work in other areas as needed

• Knowledge of inventory management concepts

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or perform team lifts for weights over 75 lbs

• Own set of tools (wrenches and allen wrenches required)

Work Environment:

• 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

• Safety glasses provided; steel-toed shoes required but not provided

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
