Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a well-established company in the Flathead Valley. If you’re passionate about hands-on work and ensuring a facility is in top shape, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and general maintenance tasks to keep the building in great shape.
Troubleshooting & Coordination: Work with contractors and vendors to address HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
Work Orders & Repairs: Respond to and resolve issues related to mechanical systems, lighting, plumbing, and equipment.
Grounds Maintenance: Manage the upkeep of outdoor spaces, including snow removal during winter months.
Emergency Support: Be available to address building-related emergencies outside regular hours.
Facility Inspections: Ensure that the property remains in excellent condition with regular checks.

Qualifications:

Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Experience: Previous experience in building maintenance is preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
