Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Quality Control Technician to join our production team. The successful candidate will perform quality control checks on the production line and conduct various tests to ensure product quality and safety.

• Perform basic testing on products including salt, acid, viscosity, and moisture levels.

• Check Critical Control Points such as metal detectors and x-ray machines.

• Conduct pre-operation inspections.

• Perform microbiological and allergen swabbing.

• Oversee 1-2 production lines at a time.

• Manage sample loads, with a maximum of 10 samples per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance or quality control.

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and PCQI.

• Ability to work independently and manage one's own time.

• Proactive attitude and ability to stay on top of workload.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
