Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shop Production Planner to oversee the successful execution of production processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing needs, production planning, and materials management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Release work orders to the shop floor, ensuring timely execution.

• Request and issue materials required for production processes.

• Manage work order changes, including serial number updates, BOM adjustments, and order splits.

• Submit and process inventory workflow adjustments as needed.

• Perform WIP (Work in Progress) and planned order analyses to optimize production flow.

• Respond promptly to internal data and status requests to support cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven planning experience, preferably within a production or manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with SAP or similar MRP systems.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or understanding of electronics manufacturing is a plus.

• Proficiency in analyzing production data to drive decision-making.
