Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Charitable Endowment Specialist for their St. Petersburg, FL/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the Charitable Endowment Fund department.

• Assists in preparing or reviewing reports.

• Handle email correspondence while utilizing strong written communication and customer service skills

• Maintain a high attention to detail while meeting assigned goals

• Assist with various projects as assigned by manager

• There will be phone work involved

• Performs a variety of transactions including new account processing, contributions, and account maintenance.

  Requirements:

• At least 5 years of administrative or customer service experience within a professional work environment

• Experience with phones / call center

• Experience within the banking / financial industry is a BIG plus

• High attention to detail

• Customer service oriented

• Team player - willing to jump in whenever needed (even if it doesn't fall within their job description)

• Ability to Multi-task

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
