Position Overview: The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will lead and manage utility-scale PV projects, overseeing quality, schedules, budgets, and profitability. This role involves direct responsibility for managing complex projects, providing guidance to Project Managers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The SPM will drive customer satisfaction, handle project forecasting, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of project management from RFQ to completion, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure clear and timely communication internally and externally regarding project status.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively, working with EPC teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed workflows, including change orders, safety plans, and schedule tracking.
• Oversee site operations, inventory control, and logistics to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation, including submittals, change orders, and closeout docs.
• Collaborate with sales and estimating teams, handling scope changes and securing necessary resources.
• Ensure quality assurance, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Conduct post-mortem analysis to identify lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7 years of project management experience, preferably in renewable energy or construction.
• PMP and/or Licensed General Contractor required, OSHA 10 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (Epicor, SmartSheet, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
