Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and provide best in class support to our customers. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing Residential HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Where is the work:

This position has been designated as remote and work will be performed either Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX .

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:

  2. Obtain project plans and schedules from dealers and add details to the “PM and Commercial Sales Office (CSO) Bid Tracker”.

  3. Verify CSO bid list to ensure no conflicts and create promotional accounts for dealer requests with uniform pricing.

  4. Read and interpret plan schedules to determine project requirements and create and organize project folders on the computer.

  5. Complete project takeoffs using provided templates and mechanical sheets.

  6. Contact third-party distributors for quotes as needed.

  7. Salesforce Management:

  8. Create opportunities in Salesforce and alert relevant team members.

  9. Enter equipment details and pricing

  10. Collaborate with the Pricing Team to obtain guidance and ensure accuracy.

  11. Bid Creation:

  12. Use template forms to create detailed project bids.

  13. Include all necessary models, marks, and pricing.

  14. Save and distribute bids to dealers and Account Managers (AMs).

  15. Update the “PM and CSO Bid Tracker” as needed.

  16. Obtain project plans and schedules from dealers.

  17. Communication and Coordination:

  18. Conduct intentional sales calls with AMs and dealers to discuss projects and opportunities.

  19. Attend scheduled meetings and provide updates on project status.

  20. Obtain and distribute ALN Apartment data reports to interested dealers.

  21. Customer Support:

  22. Respond to calls and emails from Area Managers, Sales Leaders, and dealers regarding orders, projects, and opportunities.

  23. Make modifications to orders, create new orders, and track order status.

  24. Handle credit/rebills, Return Material Authorizations, and other customer service tasks as needed.

  25. Additional Duties:

  26. Assist Inside Sales Specialist with takeoffs and plan/spec questions.

  27. Support the Order Management Project team with project-related inquiries.

  28. Help Business Development Manager with complex quotes and promos.

  29. Manage large orders and ensure dealer credit status is up-to-date.

  30. Attend industry events with AMs to represent the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation:

Base Salary starts at $80,000 and up based on experience.

Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
