Membership Sales Representative - Bentonville, AR

Part-time, 12 hours per week

Saturday 9am – 3pm and Sunday Noon – 6pm

Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a part-time Membership Sales Representative to join our team at our new state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, Arkansas . In this role you will drive new membership sales and membership retention through excellent customer service, relationship building and continued process improvement. The ideal candidate is self-driven, well-organized and possesses excellent communication skills.

We are looking for someone that is able to work weekends.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication. Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members.

• Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospect, networking, and member referrals.

• Promoting and attending facility social events.

• Serving as facility ambassador to local businesses, corporations and community members.

• May provide leadership presence on the floor to assist with issues that may arise and provide coverage when manager isn’t available.

• Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.

• Other duties as needed/assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.

• Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council or American Safety & Health Institute.

• 1-2 years previous sales experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Highly motivated and communicates effectively.

• Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives.

• Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.

Compensation: $14 - $17/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
