Job Title: Level II Quality Technician

Job Description:
Join our dynamic team at UEC as a Level II Quality Technician. You will
be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through
meticulous inspections and adherence to IPC620 standards. This role offers a
climate-controlled, clean working environment with a small team of dedicated
professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspections.
Measure components in accordance with drawings, review notes and standards.
Conduct visual inspections and measurements without building or cutting parts.
Review and maintain records to ensure compliance with IPC620 standards (training provided).
Provide internal auditing and inspection support.
Collaboratively resolve quality-related issues.
Generate reports and follow up to ensure actions are closed.
Enter data into corrective and preventative actions, and non-conforming materials systems.
Assist in developing quality processes and ensuring tools/equipment meet calibration standards.
Apply knowledge of standard quality assurance concepts, practices, and procedures.
Provide information and knowledge sharing to achieve desired goals.
May administer training courses as needed.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience; more is preferred.
Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and drawings.
Precision measurement experience (gages, micrometers, calipers, etc.).
Familiarity with ERP systems for accepting/rejecting units and recording data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel for data entry and documentation.
GD&T experience preferred, but willing to train.
Adaptability:
Must be able to adapt to changes as SOPs are constantly updating.
Able to cover other areas as needed.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. (Ability to work overtime)
Typically working 50-55 hours a week.
Weekend rotation working 2 Saturdays and having 1 Saturday off.
Pay: 25-32
Work Environment:
Climate-controlled, very clean facility.
Small team: 2 other technicians and 2 quality engineers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
