JOB SUMMARY:

Position will be responsible, with minimal supervision, for coordinating all stages of daily production across any/all production lines, as directed by the Production Supervisor. These duties include creating, updating, and organizing all manufacturing paperwork and documentation relative to daily production activities, working with purchasing, quality assurance, shipping/receiving, and customer service to prioritize production orders and assembling production resources to meet production demand.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures employees are provided a safe work environment and work in a safe manner. Follows all pertinent LHB policies, procedures, and processes. Regularly reviews and updates NAV. Acting as productions liaison between Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Shipping/Receiving Reviewing and updating the production schedule. Moving Production Orders from Firm Planned to Released and opening production orders as needed. Identifying and monitoring raw material shortages. Work closely with Purchasing to ensure materials are available when needed. Assist in line setup and insert/label printing. Performs all functions associated with production approval, setup, and assembly for both machine and kitting operations. Responsible for introducing methods for improving product quality and design along with resolving processing problems through effective troubleshooting. Other duties assigned by manager/supervisor.
