Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Plating Technician I to join their team. As a Plating Technician I, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plating Technician I 3rd Shift

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $19.75 per hour (with a shift differential of $4.50 for 3rd Shift)

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned equipment for metal finishing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Load and unload tote pans of parts, and manage the processing of various materials.

• Maintain cleanliness of tanks and work areas, monitoring solution temperatures.

• Document daily production logs and perform quality inspections on processed items.

• Assist with troubleshooting and general utility work as needed.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.

• Basic mathematical skills for calculations and measurements.

• Understanding of chemistry as it applies to metal finishing processes.

• Physical ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly.
