Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Join our client's team and build! LSI Staffing is seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assemble, test, and repair fabricated parts and components in South KCMO. Apply with us today to connect with a recruiter!

As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will perform hands-on assembly of fabricated parts and components at designated workstations. Your primary responsibilities include assembling units using hand and power tools, testing and calibrating mechanisms to meet precise specifications, and troubleshooting/repairing units that fail quality control checks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test components using hand/power tools and blueprints.

  • Wire electrical systems per schematics.

  • Troubleshoot and repair units.

  • Maintain quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/equivalent.

  • 3-5+ years custom build shop experience preferred.

  • Previous automotive mechanical experience highly desired.

  • Blueprint/schematic reading, computer literacy, and tool proficiency.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills a must!

Physical Demands:

  • Lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs assisted).

  • Stand, walk, bend, and climb.

  • Work in a manufacturing environment.

  • PPE required.

Compensation:

  • Starting at $20.00/hour (commensurate with experience).

  • Benefits available.
