Associate Quality Control - Incoming

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this role, you will be responsible for sampling and inspecting raw materials, components, devices, drug substances, drug products, and printed materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth warehouse operations.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform routine sampling and inspection of incoming materials

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, QA Disposition, Dispensing, Receiving, Shipping, and Packaging teams to coordinate daily operations

  • Operate specialized equipment (e.g., Optical Comparator, Keyence, Nikon, Instron, NIR)

  • Review batch record documentation for accuracy

  • Identify and recommend process improvements, implementing them after approval

  • Participate in regulatory inspections and audits

  • Perform cleaning and sanitization of classified areas and prepare disinfectant solutions

  • Train and qualify new staff as needed

What we expect of you

We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The Associate Quality Control professional we seek is an individual contributor with these qualifications.

Basic Qualifications:

High school/GED + 2 years of Quality or military experience

OR

Associate’s + 6 months Quality or military experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering

  • Strong knowledge of GMP regulations, procedures, and safety guidelines

  • Experience with sampling and inspection processes for raw materials, drug substances, and components

  • Proficiency in SAP/ERP, eBR, LIMS, Trackwise, Coldstream, Smartsheet, and Excel

  • Ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
