The Body Donation Coordinator of the
OUWB Body Donor Program is charged with the overall management of the Body Donation Program. The Body Donation Coordinator will report directly to the Body Donation Program Director and will coordinate, track and manage the use of donors for:
OUWB Coursework, non-
OUWB courses, Beaumont Health (and other affiliates), and outside interests. A large part of this role will be working with various stake-holders to facilitate, increase and enhance the use of the donors, both in and outside of
OUWB, the
BDP coordinator will be responsible for ensuring appropriate tracking/tagging, transportation, storage, maintenance and the return of all loaned donors and parts thereof -- with the overall goal always being to honor the donor's wishes, that their donation is being utilized to the fullest.
