Fees: Application: $175 Examination: $175 Examination Frequency: Once a year, in fall. Exam Locations: Southern or Northern California. Experience Requirement: Licensed Geologist with 5 years hydrogeology experience under the supervision of a Certified Hydrogeologist. Average Time to Process Application: 3 months. Renewal Period: Biennially (every second year). Special License Requirements: Must be a licensed Professional Geologist in California to take examination.
