Licencia: Regulated Storage Tanks Install/Repair/Upgrade/Close

Regulated Storage Tanks license to install/repair/upgrade/close perform installations, repairs, upgrades, or closures on underground stroage tank systems. Requirements for contractor/company: 1. Must have a $25,000 surety bond or letter of credit 2. A licensed individual must have passed the install/repair/upgrade/closure exam. Requirements for individual testers: 1. Must have one year of experience within the three previous years of making application to install/repair/upgrade/close; 2. Must provide three owner references 3. Must pass an exam. Application fee: $300.00 for company/contractor and $150.00 for individuals; Renewal fee: $300.00 for company/contractor and $150.00 for individuals. Renewals occur every two years and require sixteen hours of continuing education from an authorized training provider along with the completion of three jobs during the two year renewal period.
