A cemetery broker is a person who sells, or offers for sale, buys, or offers to buy, lists, leases or offers to lease, or solicits, or negotiates the purchase or sale, lease, or exchange of cemetery property or interment services. Fees: Examination Application: $750, Re-examination fee: $190; Renewal fee: $560 Examination Frequency: 6 Days a week Exam Locations: 20 sites throughout the State of California (outside vendor PSI). Experience Requirement: 2 years experience as a cemetery salesperson or 2 years general cemetery experience. Average Time to Process Application: 20 days Renewal Period: Annually.
