Social Workers must be licensed in Idaho. There are three licensure levels available to social workers: Social Workers, Masters Social Worker & Clinical Social Worker. Licensing requirements for Baccalaureate Social Work or "Social Worker" include: 1.) Good moral character; 2.) Bachelor's degree in social work from an approved college or university; 3.) Passing an exam. Term: Licenses are renewed annually.
