An individual, employed in the gaming industry, who is a technical support systems operator. Performs functions to manage information systems (I.S.) operations and personnel to ensure efficient system operations. Formulates, directs, and participates in the development and implementation of goals and objectives for the I.S. department. Develops departmental procedures and policies to ensure the efficient and secure operation of all computer systems. Interfaces with company management to plan computer projects, resolve system problems, and provide system information. Should have knowledge of all operations: systems, coding language, live/terminal hook up, and all aspects of computer network systems. Responsible for training of personnel.
